I have been working with technology since 1986 in both the public and private sector.  I have extensive experience designing and setting up networks, servers and desktop operating systems.  I specialize in the deployment of Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems.  I have been working with the Microsoft line of Server/Desktop OS’s since DOS and the first version of Windows Advanced Server 3.5.

Utilizing my knowledge and training I am able to design network solutions to meet any need from the basic Small Office/Home office for a few employees to the most complex for complete office automation.  My networking and security experience ensures that not only does your deployment meet your operational needs, but is done so following current industry best practices.

I started Waters & Waters as a way of providing high quality services to smaller organizations that could not afford to have a full time IT staff on their payroll.
